Introduction of CSR precision filter:

The CSR-type precision filter is extensively utilized in wastewater upgrading projects, enabling the purification of sewage from Class B to Class A standards for reuse. The filtration process occurs as raw water flows through the filter cartridge, with suspended solids being intercepted by the filter screen on its inner surface. As accumulated deposits accumulate, the pressure differential between the inner and outer surfaces increases. When this pressure difference reaches the preset threshold, the system automatically initiates backwashing.

The equipment primarily consists of: drive motor, central filter cartridge, internal and external flushing systems, transmission mechanism, control cabinet, etc. The filter cartridge adopts an assembled structure, making maintenance or replacement extremely convenient. The filter screen is made of 316Ti material, with its weaving process specially designed to ensure both filtration accuracy and structural strength.

Users only need to construct a concrete pool, into which the equipment can be directly placed and securely fastened with flange connections for effortless setup. The filter cloth utilizes non-toxic, eco-friendly 316Ti stainless steel woven fabric with anti-algae properties, ensuring hydrophobic characteristics that effectively prevent algae growth. The filter cartridge incorporates dual flushing mechanisms (internal and external), guaranteeing thorough screen cleaning while maintaining optimal flow capacity.

The equipment has low energy consumption, and the maximum main motor is 1.5KW. It is suitable for automatic continuous operation and outdoor installation, with less backwashing water consumption, water loss of about 0.3%, high operation efficiency, and high guarantee rate of effluent water quality. The head loss is very small, and the total head loss of the equipment is not more than 300mm.
