The internal flow screen plate grating is an innovative fine-screening wastewater treatment device that replaces traditional rotary grating systems and other water-level-dependent grating solutions. This continuous interception system effectively removes solid debris from flowing water, achieving exceptional purification efficiency. It efficiently captures flat solids, weeds, melon shells, and particularly hair fibers that are difficult to intercept with conventional fine screens, significantly reducing the workload on subsequent treatment processes.

Operational principle ：

Sewage enters through the center of the vertical perforated plate fine screen cleaning machine, then exits outward through perforated plates on both sides. The intercepted debris is lifted to the upper discharge area by rotating perforated plates. Here, the debris is flushed into an internal collection trough by the flushing system and subsequently conveyed to downstream equipment. Meanwhile, the perforated plates are thoroughly cleaned and return to the working cycle. The internal-inflow perforated plate screen mainly consists of a main frame, rotating plates and chains, drive unit, collection trough, backwashing system, and control system.
