This multi-rake fine screen wastewater filter, also known as a stepped bar screen, is a highly efficient, reliable, and modern filtration system. Its unique “ladder-climbing” mechanism effectively resolves the challenge of intercepting fine fibers and hair-like debris. Widely adopted in sewage treatment applications, this equipment has gained significant recognition as an essential pre-treatment solution for preventing clogging in wastewater systems.

It is composed of transmission device, rake chain system and support frame.

The main frame is welded onto a specialized assembly platform designed for component welding. The rake chain system consists of rotating planes composed of numerous small rake teeth made of nylon or stainless steel. This mechanical rotating fine screen forms an integrated mesh structure with multiple rake teeth. Driven by a chain mechanism, it operates vertically to transport suspended solids to the upper ground level.
