Core working principles：

The operation of the mechanical grid follows a clear cycle process:

• Interception: Water flows through a set of bars with specific gaps, and debris larger than the gaps is trapped on the bars.

• Improvement: The driving device drives the action of the cleaning rake (tooth) through the transmission system, inserts it into the gap of the grid bar, captures the intercepted dirt and lifts it upward from the water.

• Unloading: When the cleaning rake (tooth) reaches the top of the equipment, the dirt is removed by means of scraper, rotating brush or structural changes (such as gravity flipping), so that it falls into the garbage collection device (such as screw conveyor, belt conveyor or garbage cart).

• Return: After the unloading is completed, the cleaning rake (tooth) cycles back to the bottom and starts the next working cycle.

• Processing flow: determines the width of the grille and the velocity of the flow.
