Structure and Working Principle: The system consists of a belt thickener and dewatering unit. The sludge is then guided through the wedge pre-press section, where it gradually flattens and undergoes mild compression for enhanced dewatering efficiency.

Then it enters the S-shaped multi-stick pressing section, where the sludge is sandwiched between the upper and lower filter cloth and repeatedly pressed by several rollers of different diameters. At this time, the sludge is subjected to shear, which promotes further dehydration of the sludge and forms a mud cake. Finally, the mud cake is scraped off and transported out for disposal. The upper and lower filter belts are washed and reused.
