Shenghe Company’s three-chamber automatic dosing system is an automated continuous flocculant preparation device, capable of producing solutions ranging from 0 to 5,000 liters per hour at concentrations of 0.1% to 0.3%. Dry powder flocculants enter the rapid mixer through a screw feeder, where they are pre-mixed with water. The moistened mixture then enters the mixing tank for precise dilution and concentration adjustment. Throughout the process, water flow rate remains stable under real-time monitoring by flow meters, ensuring consistent solution concentration throughout operation.

The preparation solution flows from the preparation tank through the maturation tank into the storage tank. When the liquid level in the storage tank reaches high, the preparation process automatically stops while the chemical dosing continues. The system restarts automatically when the solution drops to medium level. Both preparation and maturation tanks are equipped with agitators to ensure thorough dilution and maturation of flocculant. Additionally, when the storage tank is low, it triggers the lower liquid level alarm system, causing all systems to shut down and trigger alarms. This device features high automation, stable performance, reliable operation, and user-friendly menu interfaces.
