Conventional microporous aerators suffer from limited oxygen delivery capacity, prone to water accumulation and scaling in distribution pipes, which can shorten the service life of rubber diaphragms. In contrast, the flat-plate microporous aerator features rubber diaphragms tightly attached to its base plate. During operation, air pressure causes the diaphragm to bulge slightly. The significantly larger central bulge area enables the diaphragm’s core to generate bubbles approximately twice as large compared to peripheral bubbles.
Additionally, peripheral membrane sheets tend to stick tightly to the chassis base, resulting in only about 80% of the membrane’s pores being fully utilized. This inefficient design leads to poor oxygenation capacity and a short lifespan (2 years). In contrast, our factory’s air-guided micro-arched micro-porous aerator features a scientifically optimized structure, advanced manufacturing processes, and innovative design – making it a cutting-edge new product.
The aeration membrane and its base feature a distinctive spherical structure with integrated airflow guidance devices, ensuring uniform oxygen distribution across the membrane surface. The rubber membrane achieves 100% pore opening rate under balanced stress, significantly enhancing oxygen supply capacity and utilization efficiency while extending service life (typically 5-6 years). This performance remains consistent even during low-volume operation. The aeration system demonstrates exceptional clogging resistance and effective prevention of water backflow.
