This air diffuser disc utilizes compression molding technology, constructed with a composite material of EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) and fluororubber laminated with EPDM. The process involves using specialized molds to punch film sheets from the inside out, creating micro-perforations that precisely match the dimensions of the holes.

We can process smooth holes on hydrophilic substrates while accurately measuring the depth uniformity of each membrane hole to ensure uniform airflow release and rapid discharge of tiny bubbles with diameters of only 1-2 mm.
