This equipment features parallel alternating arrangement of filter plates and frames with liquid channels, each group sandwiched between filter cloth. The pressing end tightly secures the filter plates and frames, creating individual filtration chambers between them.

The filtration area can be adjusted by modifying the number of plates and frames. The plates are square-shaped, with filter frames measuring 200-2000 mm in inner side length and 16-80 mm in thickness, providing a total filtration area of 1-1200 ㎡m². The plates and frames are secured using manual, electric screw, or hydraulic compression systems. These components are manufactured from materials including wood, cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel, polypropylene, and rubber.
