CSFBQ City Sewage Treatment System Introduction：

Fecal treatment mainly includes two parts:

(1)Pre-treatment system: manure unloading device, coarse screen, press, integrated separator.

(2)Fecal dehydration system: pharmaceutical system, lifting and circulating pump station, screw pressure dehydrator.

How the fecal treatment system works:

1. Coarse screens intercept and remove coarse particles from fecal matter, reducing SS concentration in the water.

2. A fine screen in the integrated separator further captures suspended solids, while sedimentation tanks settle most sand particles to ensure smooth flow in subsequent processes.

3. The treated effluent flows into a manure regulation tank designed to temporarily store liquid waste – typically accommodating at least one day’s processing capacity.

4. The tank’s liquid is pumped to storage tanks and then transferred via sludge pumps to screw press dewatering machines. Dehydrated liquid can be discharged directly to wastewater treatment plants or undergo further biological treatment before release.

5. An odor control system (typically using biological deodorization) enhances efficiency.

6. The entire system operates with automated controls, featuring a dedicated central control room separated from operational areas.

Pre-treatment core equipment —— Introduction of integrated separator：

1. Function: The integrated separator is a kind of equipment integrating manure intercept, extraction and sedimentation and sand lifting. Its main function is to intercept slag and sediment.

2. Composition: The integrated separator mainly includes four main parts: box, fine screen, bottom sand transport screw and lifting screw. In addition, it also includes liquid level gauge and control cabinet.

3. Operation Process: Feces first enter the equipment through the inlet, then pass through a spiral fine screen before entering the sedimentation tank. In the tank, sand particles in the feces settle while the clear liquid is discharged from the rear end. The settled sand particles are transported backward by a bottom-mounted sand screw to the sand lifting trough, where they are finally extracted by a lifting screw. Both the solid content of the fecal residue removed by the fine screen and the sand particles lifted by the lifting screw can reach approximately 40%.

Application notes：

1. In practical application, if the amount of manure treatment is small and the treatment requirements are not high, only the pretreatment section is needed. The pretreatment section includes unloading tank, coarse screen, press, integrated separator, conveyor and so on.

2. Generally, according to the processing capacity, one or several lines of equipment are designed. One line refers to a set of main equipment in the process. The processing capacity of one line is about 60m3/h.

3. This technology is introduced from the mature foreign application technology, which has been widely used in China. Fecal treatment is a landmark project for evaluating a sanitary city.
