Product Description：

The automatic polymer dosing machine is widely used in the waste water treatment, it can mix the compounds continuously and effectively, so the reactive polymer solution appears.
The machine includes different parts:dry powder hopper,infiltration device, Tank, Level controller, Mixer,water inlet pipe, Electric cabinet.

Fully automatic operation &integrated with automatic dosing, dissolving and feeding.
The highly precise of dry polymer dosing device and the well-designed heater device can prevent the polymer from caking.
The dosage of dry polymer and water can be adjusted, so the concentration of the solution can be prepared purposely.The electric control cabinet can control the whole process, and it will alarm to warn the operator to add polymer powder when the powder reach low position.
Optional: Vacuum feeding machine
Optional: on-line dilution system
Tank material: SS304 or SS316, Polypropylene PP, FRP etc.
