Structure and working principle:

This integrated system combines four core functions: sewage interception, residue removal, screw lifting, and compression dewatering. Installed in water channels at a 35-degree angle to the horizontal plane, the equipment operates with wastewater entering through the drum’s inlet. Water exits via perforated grates on the drum’s sides, where suspended solids and floating debris are retained. As the drum rotates at a controlled speed, nylon brushes and spray nozzles above it continuously remove accumulated residues through screw-lifting mechanisms. The processed residue undergoes dewatering and compression before being discharged into containers or subsequent transport systems, with the entire process remaining clean and odor-free throughout operation.
