Principle of dehydration:

After gravity concentration in the concentration part, the sludge is transported to the dehydration part. In the process of moving forward, with the gradual reduction of filter gap and screw pitch according to the dehydration principle, and under the blocking effect of the back pressure plate, great internal pressure is generated, and the volume is continuously reduced to achieve the purpose of full dehydration.
