Product Description:
The Air Guiding Micro-Arch Micro-Porous Aerator is an advanced aeration system developed by Shenghe Company, designed to replace traditional systems like flat plate and corundum types. Conventional micro-porous aerators suffer from limited oxygen delivery capacity, water accumulation and scaling in gas distribution pipes, and reduced service life of rubber diaphragms during prolonged operation. In contrast, the flat plate micro-porous aerator features rubber diaphragms that maintain tight contact with its base support.
During operation, the diaphragm slightly bulges under air pressure. The central area of the rubber diaphragm expands significantly, creating bubbles about twice as large as those in peripheral regions. Additionally, peripheral sections tend to stick tightly to the base support, resulting in only 80% of the diaphragm’s pores being fully open. This inefficient operation leads to poor oxygenation capacity and a short lifespan (2 years). Our factory’s innovative air-guided micro-arched microporous aerator features a scientifically optimized structure, advanced manufacturing processes, and novel design.
The aeration membrane and its base feature a distinctive spherical structure with integrated airflow guidance devices, ensuring uniform oxygen distribution across the membrane surface. The rubber membrane achieves 100% pore opening rate under balanced stress, significantly enhancing oxygen supply capacity and utilization efficiency while extending service life (typically lasting 5-6 years). This performance remains consistent even during low-volume operation, with exceptional anti-clogging capabilities and effective prevention of water backflow. Under intermittent operation conditions, the membrane surface demonstrates minimal sludge accumulation. The system’s core technical specifications and oxygenation efficiency now meet or surpass world-class standards.
Main Features :
Micro-pore aerator is a continuous improvement and perfection of the original aeration equipment, reliable quality, has been widely used in domestic and foreign markets, is a very mature and reliable new product at present.
• Shape and size: The diameter of the chassis support is Ф215mm, the diameter of the spiral pressure cover is $200mm, and the diameter of the rubber diaphragm is 215mm. The internal structure has been modified, and the overall reinforcement ribs have increased the thickness to ensure the strength during operation; at the same time, the service area has been greatly improved.
• Rubber diaphragm aeration hole: The rubber diaphragm aeration hole is made by mechanical drilling technology, with 5600 holes. It mainly improves the aeration capacity and expands the aeration service area.
• Aeration System Base Mounting: The mounting base features eight strategically positioned air guide ribs. These ribs are installed 1cm below the base where they connect to the membrane, with dimensions of 1.8cm in length, 0.5cm in width, and 0.15cm in height. The 0.15cm clearance between ribs and membrane ensures uniform air distribution across the entire surface, achieving 100% aperture coverage. This design significantly enhances oxygen supply capacity and utilization efficiency. Crucially, it maintains optimal performance even during low-volume operations while ensuring user-friendly maintenance.
Possible problems and their solutions:
• Large bubbles appear in one area of the aeration tank,Air leakage:
Treatment method: drain the water in the problem area, use a small air volume blower to check the aerator, determine the leaking aerator, replace the rubber diaphragm or the whole aerator.
• The installation of the pool aeration system is not ideal:
Treatment method: drain the water in the problem area, check whether the horizontal error of the aeration pipe is within ±6mm; check whether the air pipeline and interface are blocked by scaling, if so, blow and flush with high pressure water gun.
• Insufficient air volume:
Treatment method: Check whether the blower is running normally; check whether the valve on the air pipe is open.
